Hello, and welcome to Episode 130 of the Planning Period Podcast, part of the OnPodcastMedia Network. I’m your host, Brad Shreffler.

This week on the show I am joined by Mandy Froehlich. Mandy is a former elementary teacher and technology director for a district. She is now a full-time consultant, author, and speaker. I’ve heard her on a few different podcasts before talking about teacher mental health and asked her to join me on the show.

Mandy and I talk about teacher mental health, how we need to consider trauma of our students when we get back to school, what considerations we should all be making thinking forward, the importance of teacher self-care and setting boundaries, and how important it is to tell and show your students how smart they are.

So, sit back and enjoy Episode 130 of the Planning Period Podcast, my interview with Mandy Froelich
