Coordinator of Digital Learning for Martin County School District on the East Coast of Florida. He focuses on the implementation, planning, and instructional use of technology in the school district. He’s also a father and graphic designer.
Doug and I talk about our thoughts on ISTE19, his IGNITE talk on screen time quantity vs quality, communication issues in education and how often miscommunication hurts us, the difference between problems with internal and external communication, how educators need to be more transparent with their audience, the need for leaders to allow for failure in their staff, and the value of using your students as resources in your classroom.
