In this second episode of the show, I sit down with Kristen Iannuzzi. She is one of the most powerfully passionate educators I have ever met. She is a former district teacher of the year, chair on the ECET2 committee for our district, and just all around a ball of awesome.
Kristen and I cover a few different topics, be a lot of our conversation centers on why young educators don’t last, and what can be done about it. We talk about advancing in this career and all the goods and bads therein.
