Hello, and welcome to Episode 147 of the Planning Period Podcast, part of the OnPodcastMedia Network. I’m your host, Brad Shreffler.

This week on the show I am joined by Tesha Fritzgerald. Tesha is a self-described coach, Universal Design for Learning specialist, and newly published author. A friend of mine suggested that Tesha would make a great guest for the show, so I asked her to join me.

Tesha and I talk about her book, Antiracism and Universal Design for Learning, her journey from teaching to HR Director, the problems with the distance between problems in education and who is coming up with the solutions, how the solution begins with listening to parents and students, how important it is to bring your passion into work with you every day, and the impacts that can have on students long term.

So, sit back and enjoy Episode 147 of the Planning Period Podcast, my interview with Tesha Fritzgerald.
